The Athlete's Blender offers subscription-based smoothie box deliveries on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to recurring charges and the terms outlined below.

How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you must:

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next order:
You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If you cancel after this window:
Your next order may still be processed and shipped.
Your cancellation will apply to future orders only.

No Refunds After Processing
Due to the nature of our frozen products:
Once an order is processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
This includes subscription orders that were not canceled in time.

Subscription Perks & Blender Policy
If your subscription includes a discounted blender, the following applies:
The blender is tied to maintaining an active subscription.
If you cancel early or abuse the subscription system, we reserve the right to charge the full retail value of the blender or revoke promotional benefits.
Retail value of blender: $39.99 (subject to change).

Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
We may retry billing automatically.
If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to failed payments.
7.
Modifications (Skip, Pause, Change)

Change your box size or flavors.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your billing date.
